JOSEPH FALKOWSKIT

Joseph F. Falkowski, Sr. Age 87, of Wilmington, DE passed away on October 13, 2009 at his home. Joe was a plasterer and Past President of the Plasterer’s Local # 38 in Wilmington, retiring in 1987 after 40 years. Joe enjoyed fishing, hunting, and lab dog trials. He was preceded in death by his wife Frances Lewis Falkowski in 2006, son Joseph F. Falkowski, Jr., and daughter, Victoria Falkowski. Joe is survived by his granddaughter, Amanda M. Aukamp, of New Castle, DE, sister Lucy Hildebrand and her husband Clyde of New Castle, DE, daughter in-law Claudia Falkowski of Bear, niece, Vera J. Lewis, and several other nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be held on Friday October 16, at 11 am. at St. John the Beloved Catholic Church, 907 Milltown Road, where friends may call after 10 am. Interment will be in Cathedral Cemetery.
