ROSE MARIE POLOMBO

Rose Marie Polombo, age 81, of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Plains, PA, passed away on November 8, 2009 at home surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband, Louis Polombo; children, James Polombo, Joann Polombo, and Barbara Ann Scarazza and her husband Vincent; 2 grandchildren, Daniella and Michael; sister, Norma Annabell; and 2 cousins, John and Marie Clause. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 1:30 pm at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 901 N. DuPont St., Wilmington, DE 19805. Friends are invited to call at the McCRERY MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 3710 Kirkwood Highway (Rt. 2 at the corner of Duncan Rd.), Wilmington, DE 19808, from 12 noon – 1 pm. Entombment will follow the Mass at All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions be made in Mrs. Polombo’s name to Delaware Hospice, 3515 Silverside Rd., Wilmington, DE 19810.
