HARRIET MARTIN
Harriet Z. Martin
Age 84, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on December 30, 2009 at the Wilmington Hospital.
Harriet received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Tulane University. She retired as a Deputy Director of The Department of Family & Children Services in Augusta, Georgia. Harriet was an active member of Faith Presbyterian Church and was a volunteer at A.I. DuPont Children’s Hospital and various prison ministries.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dudley P. Martin in 1995. She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Kraus and her husband Daniel of Wilm., DE, her sister, Anna Colston of Greenville, S.C. and her grandson, Christopher Kraus and his wife Candice Of Phila.,PA.

Services were held on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at Faith Presbyterian Church 720 Marsh Road, Wilm., DE 19803 Burial will be private at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Faith Presbyterian Church Missions Ministry.
